Most content sites are valued as a multiple of their average monthly net profit. The multiple moves with the site's age, traffic trend, income mix and risks such as relying on one program. Put your last 12 months into the calculator, then check the site properly before you list it.

Hi, I'm Arsalan.
I build, grow, buy and sell websites of every kind: 500+ web projects and $300K+ in website deals so far. This site is where I share the whole process, plainly, so you can do it too.
- Plain-English guidesStep by step, with the why behind each step.
- Honest about moneyAffiliate links are disclosed and never change a rating.
- Kept up to dateGuides and deals are reviewed and re-dated.
Good to know.
Are the guides free?
Yes. Every guide on the site is free to read. Some ebooks ask for your email, and the video courses at learn.arsalanmasood.com are a separate, paid option.
Are the reviews sponsored?
No company pays for a rating. I rate tools on what they do well, where they fall short and who they suit, and I update reviews when products change.
How do affiliate links work?
Some links pay me a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Links like that are always disclosed on the page, and they never change a rating.
How are deals checked?
Each offer is checked before it goes live and shows the date it was last checked. Expired offers are moved out of the list.
Can I advertise or work with you?
Yes. Use the Work with me page for sponsorships, reviews and professional projects. Larger builds and ongoing marketing are delivered with my team.
Where can I buy or sell a website?
Marketplaces such as Flippa, Empire Flippers, Motion Invest and DigiFlippers (which I founded) all list websites. The flipping guides compare them and explain how to value, check and transfer a site.
