Some links on this page are affiliate links. If you buy through them I may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. It never changes a rating. Read the disclosure
- Systeme.io pays 60% recurring for life, with lifetime attribution.
- Kinsta pays a one-time bonus of up to $500 plus 10% of monthly payments for life.
- HubSpot, Teachable, beehiiv, GetResponse and Webflow pay recurring commission for 12 months only.
- HubSpot's 180-day and SE Ranking's 120-day cookies are the longest here.
- Rate × price × how long customers stay decides what you earn, not the rate alone.
Recurring affiliate programs pay you every month a customer you referred keeps paying, not just once when they sign up. That makes them the best fit for bloggers: one helpful review or tutorial can keep earning for years as its readers become customers. This guide lists 14 recurring affiliate programs for bloggers and online creators, in hosting, SEO, email marketing, courses and website building, with each programme’s commission, how long it pays and its cookie window, all taken from the programme’s own page on 11 October 2026.
Disclosure: this site is an affiliate of some programmes listed here (including Kinsta, Systeme.io and Cloudways), so we may earn a commission if you sign up through our links. That doesn’t change what we report: every rate below is quoted from the programme’s own page.

Lifetime recurring affiliate programs
Systeme.io: 60% for as long as they stay
Systeme.io pays 60% of every plan payment for as long as your referral remains a customer. Attribution is lifetime: anyone who clicks your link is tagged to you permanently, so if they start on the free plan and upgrade six months later, you still earn. Its own examples: a Startup plan referral ($17 a month) earns you $10.20 a month, and an Unlimited referral ($97) earns $58.20. Annual plans pay commission on the full annual amount. Our blogging tools guide covers what Systeme.io does.

Elegant Themes (Divi): 50%, renewals included
Elegant Themes, the company behind the Divi theme, pays 50% on Divi memberships and, unusually, on renewal payments too, so a yearly member keeps paying you each year they renew. You also earn on Divi Cloud subscriptions and a share of marketplace purchases. Commissions go to the affiliate who most recently referred the visitor. It’s a natural fit for WordPress blogs; see our guide to the best WordPress themes.
Mangools: up to 35% lifetime
Mangools, maker of KWFinder and SERPWatcher, pays up to 35% of every full-price payment from users you refer, for the entire time they subscribe. Referred users must register within 30 days of clicking your link, and commissions are paid monthly by PayPal. Its tools are beginner-friendly, so it converts well on blogs about starting out with SEO.
SE Ranking: 30% with a 120-day cookie
SE Ranking pays 30% on each subscription sale you refer, stores referral cookies for 120 days (first cookie wins), and pays twice a month by PayPal once your balance reaches $50. Its 14-day free trial makes it an easy recommendation; our rank tracking tools comparison shows why it’s good value.
ClickFunnels: 30% monthly on every active account
ClickFunnels pays a flat 30% monthly recurring commission on all active accounts at every price tier that sign up through your affiliate ID. Its audience is marketers and course creators, so it suits blogs about online business.
AWeber: 30% to 50% for the life of the account
AWeber pays recurring commission for the lifetime of each paid account, at a rate set by how many new paid accounts you refer in a trailing 12 months: 30% for 0 to 99, 40% for 100 to 499 and 50% for 500 or more.
ActiveCampaign: 20% rising to 30%
ActiveCampaign pays recurring commission on the subscription price for as long as your referrals stay, starting at 20% and climbing to 30% based on the new business you bring and how long it stays. It runs its programme through PartnerStack.
Wincher: 20% for life
Wincher assigns every customer who signs up through your link to you for life and pays 20% on all their future purchases. The rate is lower, but rank trackers have loyal customers.
Kinsta: 10% monthly plus a one-time bonus
Kinsta pays a one-time bonus of up to $500 for each new customer plus 10% of their monthly payments for life, with a 60-day cookie and last-touch attribution. Kinsta says its churn rate is only 2%. Managed hosting bills are larger than most software subscriptions, so 10% still adds up; our Kinsta review explains its plans.
Recurring for 12 months
These programmes pay recurring commission for the first year of each customer, which still beats a one-time payment.
beehiiv: 50% to 60% for a full year
beehiiv pays 50% from your first conversion (Bronze), rising through Silver (55%) to Gold (60%) as your referrals grow, every month for a year. Your referrals get a 14-day trial and 20% off their first three months, which helps conversions.
Webflow: 50% of the first year
Webflow pays 50% of a new customer’s first subscription for up to 12 months, with a 90-day cookie. Note its rule: it doesn’t pay on one-to-one referrals, so your own clients’ purchases don’t count.
GetResponse: 40% to 60% for 12 months
GetResponse pays 40% for 12 months, rising to 50% after 50 sales in 12 months and 60% after 100. It also runs a separate bounty programme for one-time payouts, so choose the one that suits your traffic. Sign-up is through PartnerStack.
HubSpot: 30% for up to a year
HubSpot pays 30% monthly recurring commission for up to one year, with a 180-day cookie, the longest on this list, and higher tiers for consistent performers.
Teachable: 30% for the first year
Teachable pays 30% recurring commission for each creator’s first year, with a 30-day cookie, through PartnerStack.
Not recurring, but worth knowing
Some popular programmes pay mainly one-time commissions. Cloudways pays up to $125 per sale on a slab structure, plus 7% of your sub-affiliates’ sales, with a 90-day cookie. Surfer pays up to 125% of a referral’s first month (a one-time CPA) or a share of yearly subscriptions, with a 90-day cookie. One-time payouts are fine for expensive products; recurring ones build steadier income.
How recurring income adds up
Here’s a simple illustration (not a promise) using Systeme.io’s own figure of $10.20 a month per Startup referral. If a post brings in five new paying referrals a month and nobody cancels, you’d earn $51 in month one, $306 a month by month six and $612 a month by month twelve. In reality some customers cancel each month, so the real number grows more slowly, which is why low churn (like the 2% Kinsta quotes) matters as much as the commission rate.
Where to find more recurring programs
Most software companies run their programmes through an affiliate network, which gives you one dashboard and one payment schedule for many programmes. PartnerStack focuses on software subscriptions and hosts several programmes on this list, including ActiveCampaign, GetResponse and Teachable, so it’s a good place to search for more recurring offers. Impact is another large network used by software and consumer brands. When you browse a network, filter for subscription products and read each programme’s terms for how long the commission lasts.
The other route is direct: look at the footer of the tools you already pay for. Many have an “Affiliates” or “Partners” link, and the tools you use every week are the ones you can recommend most honestly.
Content that earns recurring commissions
- Honest reviews of tools you’ve used, with real prices, pros and cons.
- Comparisons (“X vs Y”) for readers who are close to deciding.
- Tutorials that show the tool solving a real problem, step by step.
- “Best tools for” lists that match a specific reader, such as new bloggers or small shops.
Keep these posts up to date: prices and plans change, and an out-of-date review loses trust and sales.
How to choose recurring affiliate programs
- Promote what you use. Your honest experience converts better than any commission rate.
- Match your readers. A beginner blogging audience buys hosting and email tools; marketers buy funnels and CRMs.
- Weigh rate × price × retention. 10% of a $35 hosting bill that lasts years can beat 50% of a $9 tool people cancel.
- Check the length. “Lifetime” and “12 months” are very different over time.
- Read the terms. Look for cookie length, payout minimums, and rules such as Webflow’s ban on paying for your own clients.
Write content that helps people choose: comparisons, honest reviews and tutorials. Our guide to earning money from a blog covers affiliate marketing alongside other income, and how to start a blog covers the first steps if you’re just starting. Always disclose your affiliate links clearly: it’s honest, and readers trust it.
Questions people ask
What is a recurring affiliate program?

Which affiliate program has the highest recurring commission?
On this list, Systeme.io at 60% for life, then beehiiv (up to 60% for 12 months) and GetResponse (up to 60% for 12 months at high volume). Elegant Themes and Webflow pay 50%.
Which recurring affiliate programs pay for life?

How do I get approved for affiliate programs?
Most programmes are free to join through their own site or a network like PartnerStack. Have a site with real content in a related niche, a clear disclosure, and an honest description of how you'll promote them.
Do I need to disclose affiliate links?
Yes. Tell readers clearly that you may earn a commission. It's honest, readers expect it, and programmes' terms usually require it.
